Wise Buddah Christmas Package To Blast Off, New 538 And BBC Radio 1 Imaging In Full Throttle

In Autumn 2012, Holland’s No.1 station Radio 538 became 538 and with it, came a brand new station sound package.

Wise Buddah won the pitch, and they were asked to create a brand new package mirroring the artists on the playlist….

The 538 package consists of 12 Main ID’s and a TOH, plus brand new information elements.

Having delivered the core package, Wise Buddah is now currently in production with a set of Christmas themes which will be appearing on the website in the coming weeks.

The team at Wise Buddah were charged also with the challenge of re-imaging the BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show with Nick Grimshaw.

The Station Sound Team at BBC Radio 1 commissioned a set of themes, some fully orchestral courtesy of Cliff Masterson and the BBC Concert Orchestra, and variants on the theme in different styles including hip hop and electro dance, all with full orchestration. Watch the video below.
